Privacy notice.
We collect as little as possible, we tell you exactly what and why, and we never sell your data. This notice explains how Exagomatica handles personal data — including the pre-launch waitlist.
Last updated: 30 June 2026
Who we are
Exagomatica provides a local MCP server that connects Claude Desktop to Power BI and Azure DevOps, plus this website and the customer portal. For the personal data described below, Exagomatica is the data controller. To reach us about privacy, email hello@exagomatica.com.
The pre-launch waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we collect the single piece of data you give us — your email address — and store it in our email platform, Resend, which acts as our processor.
We use it for one purpose: to email you about Exagomatica becoming available and closely related product updates. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. This is a single opt-in list; every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe, and you can ask us to remove you at any time (see Your rights below). We do not use it for unrelated marketing and we do not share or sell it.
What else we collect
Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the waitlist converts. It is privacy-friendly and cookieless — it does not track you across sites or build an advertising profile, and it does not store personal data we can tie back to you.
Customer portal. If you become a customer, signing in (handled by Clerk) and billing (handled by Paddle, our merchant of record) involve account data such as your name, email, and payment details. Those are processed only to run your account and are covered when you create one; the waitlist does not create an account.
Support and email. If you email us or use a contact form, we keep your message and address so we can reply.
The Exagomatica desktop application runs locally on your machine and queries your own Power BI and Azure DevOps with your existing corporate credentials. It does not send your business data to us.
Who processes your data
We rely on a small set of trusted processors, each bound by their own data-protection terms: Resend (email and the waitlist audience), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Clerk (authentication, for customers), and Paddle (billing, for customers). Some operate outside the EU; where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist has served its purpose after launch — at which point we remove addresses that have not become customers or opted into ongoing updates. Account and support data are kept for as long as you have an account plus any period we are legally required to retain records.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent — as with the waitlist — you can withdraw it at any time, which will not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it. To exercise any of these, email hello@exagomatica.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes to this notice
As we move from pre-launch to launch, this notice will grow to cover new features. We will update the date above when it changes materially, and for significant changes affecting the waitlist we will tell you by email.
